Zhejiang Jiashan Rice Wine Co.,Ltd is located in golden triangle hinterland of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai----Xitang Old Town, Jiashan County, with Shanghai in the east, Hangzhou in the west, Jiangsu and Anhui in the north, as well as No.320 National Road and beautiful Fen Lake run-through. With convenient traffic, excellent geographic environment, the old town is an advantaged natural famous place for vintage wine.
　　The original Jiashan Wine Factory was founded in AD 1618, about 400 years’ vintage history until now. At that time, “clubs Sanbai” (Rice Wine) brewaged by Lu Meihuang wine distillery was famous for a long time, praised as “Lu wine”. And until his grandson Lu Jingtao has become completely popular, Lu win distillery has been all over Xitang Town.
　　With devolution for generations to 1798, Jiang Surname established “Jiang Dingmao” brand name in north of Xitang to be engaged in producing and managing Rice Wine, and has made great progress in quality and craftwork. Until the end of Qing Dynasty and beginning of Min Dynasty, distilleries and shops in Xitang have been eights. Jiashan Rice Wine has been much famous in north of Zhejiang, south of Jiangsu and Shanghai.
　　From Qing Dynasty to Min Dynasty, catsup gardens are Zhu Surname distillery, Wu Demao, Jiang Dingmao, Li Yiyuan, Wang Gongzheng, Tonghe and Yongkang, in which Jiang Dingmao catsup garden was of the longest history and largest scale, and its products were Zhuyuan catsup, sweet catsup, red soy, white soy and other catsup products; while Li Yiyuan was famous for “Mirror brewing”, “Zhuyeqing” and other food wine.
　　At the beginning of before liberation, there were only nine private distilleries in Jiashan County with 174 personnel, 2 ton distilled spirit and 93 ton Rice Wine per year. Before public-owned and private cooperation, there was Jiashan Jianxin Local Distillery (first founded in Nov., 1952), Yao Fusheng and Jiang Shangsheng catsup garden. In Mar., 1956, the former was renamed as “public-private Weitang Distillery”, and was renamed as National “Jiashan Wine Factory” and “Jiashan Distillery” later.
　　At the beginning of 1971, Jiashan Rice Wine Factory changed manual operation as mechanical production line; carried on large-scale technical alteration for several times later; fixed 9 Rice Wine bottle packing production lines, 1 distilled spirit bottle packing production line and new built workshop for ten thousand ton beer. Until 1988, this factory had owned the production capability of 20 thousand ton Rice Wine, 3000 ton distilled spirit and 8000 ton beer per year.
　　For more than 50 years, especially since reform and opening up, Zhejiang Jiashan Rice Wine Co.,Ltd was founded in 1999. Jiashan Rice Wine has passed four historical spans, and the four spans are:
　　From 1979 to 1984, it was the first flight for JiaShan development. Firstly, country reformed the purchase and sale policy of wine product, which made product break away from region self distribution; secondly, though technical alternation, we reformed traditional packing, product was basically delivered in the form of bottle; thirdly, “Fen Lake” wine got silver award in National Liquor Tasting Conference in 1984. Jiashan Rice Wine (“Fen Lake”) became famous in domestic market science then, which created good beginning for Jiashan Rice Wine go to market economy. During this course, the enterprise got further development. Fixed capital reached 2.3911 million yuan and annual profit reached 459.3 thousand yuan in 1984.
　　From 1985 to 1991, it was the second flight for Jiashan development. In this period, depending on technical innovation, the enterprise made and carried on “combining alternation and development”, adopted effective measure for technical reform by surrounding the aim of creating excellence. It invested 40 million yuan in three periods to realize certain scale of economy. Until 1997, its fixed capital reached 17.447 million yuan and annual profit reached 2.1079 million yuan. Rice Wine has obtained many honor of over provincial level, as well as distribution has been in the first place in Shanghai market for many years.
　　From 1992 to 1998, it was the third flight for enterprise development. In this period, the enterprise invested 55 million yuan to build the largest moden Rice Wine production workshop in the country at that time. Combining traditional method of brewing Rice Wine and modern technology, walking up the road of science & technology, scale and benefit, the factory stepped into the line of national large-scale enterprise. Fixed capital reached 95.5325 million yuan and annual profit reached 14.1526 million yuan in 1998.
　　Though regrouping original Jiashan Wine Factory’s capital, as well as absorbing social artificial person and natural person, Zhejiang Jiashan Rice Wine Co.,Ltd was founded on June, 19th ,1999.Hence, it becomes more standard modern enterprise operation.
　　Confirmed by People’s Government of Zhejiang Jiashan County, this company carried on the second deep reform in 2005.In state-owned vendue, Huijishan Shaoxing Wine Co.,Ltd obtained property of part stock, and succeed to become the first large dormantpartner of Zhejiang Jiashan Rice Wine Co.,Ltd.. The both sides make full use of each excellent resource, combine together, supplement resource with each other, share together, and bend to create another renewal for Rice Wine industry in China.
